½ cup butter or margarine
½ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
1 large eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla
½ cup peanut butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup old fashioned oatmeal
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoons baking soda
½ cup chocolate chips
½ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup peanut butter
1 ½ tablespoon milk

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350°, grease a 9×13 cake or sheet pan.
Cream together margarine and sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs, vanilla and peanut butter.
In a separate bowl stir together flour, oats, salt, and baking soda.
Fold dry ingredients into butter mix.
Spread mix onto bottom of pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Allow chips to melt then spread chocolate layer evenly over the cookie base. Allow to cool completely.

Mix together additional peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk to form a frosting like consistency. Spread over the chocolate layers.

Cut into squares and serve!
