Taxes: Rates are subject to sales tax (4.2% subject to change) and Grand County lodging tax (approx. $20.00 per person weekly).

Gratuities: Staff gratuities are pooled and left to your discretion. A 12% to 18% tip is customary if our staff serves you well.

Deposit: $500/ person

In the event of a cancellation, deposit will be refunded less a 10% service fee if notice is received 90 days prior to arrival. Notice with less than 90 days prior to arrival means deposit is nonrefundable. We strongly recommend trip insurance in the event you have to cancel your reservations.

Final payment due May 1 and is non-refundable.

Zip Line Course, Guided Fly Fishing and Massages are additional.

All rates are American Plan and include accommodations in log cabins or rooms in the Lodge, all with private bath, all meals, your personal horse for the week, children’s supervised programs, fishing, use of heated pool and hot tub, and all ranch activities (hayrides, dancing, river float trip, carnival, staff shows, campfires, sing-a-longs, and more). Golf fees, guided fly-fishing, massages and our zip line course are extra. NOTE: Persons weighing over 225 pounds may be limited to walking rides

Reservations: During our regular season weeks we book weekly stays beginning with Sunday check-in and departure following lunch on Saturday. To obtain reservations, telephone or email to confirm space available, we can then hold tentative reservations for 7 days pending the receipt of the deposit via check or credit card.
