RESERVATIONS & TRANSPORTATIONRESERVATIONS Reservations during our peak season must be made for weekly stays beginning on a Sunday afternoon and running through Saturday lunch (our weeks activities run from Sunday evening through Saturday morning). To obtain reservations: Telephone to confirm available space, we can then hold a telephone reservation for a period of 7 days pending the receipt of your deposit by personal check, MasterCard, or Visa. Your final payment is due at checkout, we prefer personal checks, traveler’s checks, or cash, but accept MasterCard and Visa. Parties of 12 or more full payment 60 days in advance is requested. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be refunded (less a 8% service fee) if notice is received 60 days in advance of arrival date. If less than 60 days notice is given, every effort will be made to replace your reservation, and if successful, we shall gladly refund the deposit less the service fee. If you find it necessary to leave before your scheduled departure date, your deposit will then apply to the unused portion of your reservation. TRANSPORTATION The best means of travel to and from Denver (nearest major airport) are: • Rental cars: all major companies are available in Denver. • Van service: Home James service to and from airport by reservation: 1-800-451-4844 • Amtrak: Stops in Granby. |
